Every member of your team went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was nothing short of extraordinary. The warm smiles, genuine greetings, and unwavering professionalism from each of you made me feel not just welcomed, but truly valued as a guest. Your dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed and left a lasting impression on us all. Please convey my thanks to every member of your staff for their hard work and commitment. It is clear that your hotel is very lucky to have such an outstanding team. From start to finish, the staff and amenities were fantastic! Considering that we're a family of four, the room was tight but still very nice, elegant, and quiet. The hotel is right in the perfect corner of Times Square. Unfortunately, our youngest son took ill and had to stay in the room with mom for a day or two. The cleaning style, especially amelia, was incredibly helpful about helping us change our sheets.Prioritizing us and just giving that little extra service that anybody would hope to have when the young one is sick. Thank you, Amelia, a thousand percent, your fantastic!! We got a slight issue with our shower.But the engineering staff came so quickly and fixed it in a blink of an eye, and we cannot thank them for their professionalism and technical abilities.

The incredible view from the ball drop room was by far the highlight of my stay, the wow factor of this never wore off - I was sat staring in awe every single day. On top of this, the room was fantastic, a great size, with thoughtful and modern features such as the Bluetooth ring light mirror. Shower was super warm and powerful and the products provided were very high quality and smelled great. Staff at the hotel, particularly the doormen downstairs were always so helpful and welcoming. The location is in the heart of the action of NYC, with subway stations within a few minutes walking distance making it easy to travel anywhere by foot or transport.

The staff were so friendly and helpful every day of our stay. Front desk, bell service, elevator operators, housecleaning and the food service staff were all so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had an end unit and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. I have a hard time sleeping in hotels and I slept like a baby during my stay here. I felt very safe.

Perfect space for one and amazing views if you’re on a high floor! Nice controls too within the room and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom and though the lifts are different to anything you may have been used to before you do (strangely) get used to them and they are very quick!
