Tempo By Hilton New York Times Square

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a corner room with a Times Square view, and it was pretty impressive, you could see Times Square from a distance and also catch a gorgeous sunset over the west side. Honestly, this is the best way to enjoy Times Square, from afar, because being down there is just way too busy for my taste. It’s the kind of hotel you stay at once for the experience and the views, but I wouldn’t stay again at the price I paid. That said, I’ve seen it offered cheaper at times, and at a lower rate, it would probably feel like a better deal. If it weren’t for the missing small touches, this could have been a perfect five-star experience.

The staff were so friendly and helpful every day of our stay. Front desk, bell service, elevator operators, housecleaning and the food service staff were all so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had an end unit and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. I have a hard time sleeping in hotels and I slept like a baby during my stay here. I felt very safe.

The hotel is well placed just off Times' Square and the rooms, although small have all the mod cons. Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom to play your audio, comfortable beds, all lights and blinds (drapes) operated by buttons and a great shower. We had a comfortable stay for our two nights. We opted for the $75 early room check in and as it was my birthday the following day, they waived the fee for the second room.

The location is amazing! The hotel is very nice and clean, beds were super comfy. We were on a top floor and had a great view down into Times Square.

The staff were so friendly welcoming and professional. We had an issue with our room and the moved us straight away to another one, in fact it had a better view. The rooms were kept nice and clean. The beds are super comfy .
